Rooted in decades of experience and passion, the Maza family has cultivated vineyards and a love for winemaking since the late 20th century. It all began with Don Isidro Maza, whose vineyards laid the foundation for a tradition that has been passed down through generations.

Today, Alex Campbell, a direct descendant of the Maza family, continues this legacy with a fresh vision. Honoring over 80 years of viticultural heritage, Alex has led the evolution of Finca Los Maza into a forward-thinking enterprise—where expert business management meets a deep specialization in premium wine production.

In this new stage, Finca Los Maza has carefully selected the finest hectares from the original family vineyards and expanded with new plots. This strategic approach allows us to produce estate wines—crafted exclusively from our own grapes grown across distinct vineyards.

By fully integrating both vineyard and winery, we ensure each bottle reflects the unique character of our land. The result: wines of remarkable expression, authenticity, and elegance.

Tomas Tauszig, a longtime friend of Alex, became a partner in 2009 after a career in corporate banking. In Finca Los Maza he found a project that would allow him to be the owner of his own destiny while doing something he loves.

US partners Shawn and Mattie Gullixson, of Colorado, recently partnered in the ownership, excited by the connection and community fostered by Argentina’s wine culture. They are eager to continue bridging cultures and excellent wine.
